Match Report: Mathare United Women FC 0 Eldoret Falcons 2

It was a hard result to take in given the fact that we had a lot of chances to bury the game. All the missed chances came back to haunt us as we lost the match by two goals. This is the second match that we have not scored this season.

Dorah Achieng' could have put us in front in the first period after she beat the offside trap and left alone with the keeper but her shot did not have the power to go past the well-positioned keeper who held on to the ball.

Just at the break, Teresia Lundu almost added to her goal tally after she received a sweet pass from Josephine Nanah but the keeper denied her from putting the ball into the net.

The was a twist in the second period when our captain was sent off after receiving two yellow cards. Trailing two goals and a player out proved to be a difficult task for our players.

The game ended a result that saw us lose the 6th game of the season.
